Our salon offers three different levels of stylists. In relation to this we also have three different price points and here is why.
A Junior Stylist is someone who has completed their hair stylist course and has been working as a stylist for less than a year. Junior stylist pricing is a little bit lower than any other level due to the shorter amount of time in the industry. At our salon, all Junior Stylists undergo an intense 3 month minimum training process that goes above and beyond what they would have learned in hair school. No stylist is able to take on a client until they have successfully completed this program. A Junior Stylist may not always be someone who is right out of hair school, but rather someone who is new to our salon. Anyone that is part of the Electrik Lemon family must undergo the same training process. Getting your hair done by a Junior Stylist will keep your bill to minimum, but your style on the edge.
A Stylist is someone who is licensed and has been at our salon for more than a year. They also must have attended a minimum of one advanced class every 2 months. A Stylist must also have participated in at least one competition. When you book with one of our highly trained Stylists you can expect to be blown away not only by their skill, but by their overall work ethic as well.
A Senior Stylist is someone who not only has been styling hair for over 5 years, but has also attended a minimum of one advanced class every 2 months. Senior Stylists are expected to attend training out of country on a yearly basis so that they can bring back to the salon what is happening in the more forward parts of the world. Senior Stylists are responsible for training and aiding in the growth of Junior Stylists and Stylists, but love the fact that they can also learn from them as well. When booking your appointment with a Senior Stylist your bill will be slightly higher to accommodate the years of experience, and high costs of education.
