Upon booking your bridal party for the big day, we will need you to provide us with your first and last name as well as phone number, e-mail, and address to ensure that we can stay in full communication. For any party with 3 or more members we require a credit card number to keep in the event of no shows, or if insufficient notice for cancellation occurs. Because credit card information and a signature are required, we ask that you come in to the salon to complete your Bridal Contract.
It is our policy that all members of the bridal party arrive on time. Lateness in excess of 15 minutes will result in the client receiving less than the allotted time to perfect your 'do. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for party cancellations. In the event of insufficient cancellation notice the cost of the services booked will be charged to the cardholders credit card. We understand that when booking months/years in advance for your wedding that some changes may need to be made to your wedding party bookings, and that they may even need to be made last minute. We understand and will accommodate you the best we can.
Payment is taken the day of your services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash and gift certificates. Once all party members have paid, the cardholder’s credit information will be destroyed.
